This package takes care of every detail from start to finish, allowing couples to be as involved or as hands-off as they desire. With our experienced team by your side, you can focus making memories while we handle the logistics.

Pre-Wedding

  • unlimited emails and phone calls

  • monthly check-ins and reminders

  • handpicked vendor recommendations

  • full communication with vendors (if preferred)

  • assistance with venue, budget, design, hotel blocks, and all logistics

  • final venue walkthrough

  • timeline creation

  • coordinate arrival times with vendors

  • distribution of timeline all vendors

  • coordination of rehearsal with assistant

Wedding Day 

  • 1 lead planner and 2 assistants

  • on-site all day to assist set-up + ensure proper style is achieved

  • direct ceremony + final send off

  • handle all questions for vendors and guest

  • main point of communication for all vendors

  • management of entire wedding day (unlimited hours until 12:00 AM)

  • management of breakdown, clean-up, and loading

  • distribution of final payments and tips

  • cake cutting (if needed)

  • assistance emcee/DJ to assure announcements are made properly and on time
